With that age and mileage, most likely they all just need to be replaced. Not that bad cost wise. I know Discount Tire does them if you have those in your area.

Ask our dealer to look at the service history and see if it's been replaced. It will show up if it has.

Looked up the executives on LinkedIn and sent them all emails. Heard from the Corporate admin team within a day and was on my way to getting a new dash. Sometimes you have to go straight to the top!

They have lost me for this exact reason. Not buying an expensive truck only to have my dash come apart and have to fight to get t fixed...horrible customer service and why RAM is suffering BIG TIME now as their quality is in the toilet!!!
