@triple_B I have sent my truck to the Ram tracker a few times and it’s still has ? listed. Could it be being caused by the letters in the VON, or that my first truck order is already listed on the tracker? Please let me know if there’s something else I can do.

I ordered September 16th. Went into production December 19th. Issued a new VIN and order cloned January 4th. Went to D1 on second truck February 7th.

I have resubmitted my VIN and and VON, but there is still question marks. I went to D1 status today on my cloned EcoDiesel order. Is there anything I can do to get my new VIN to work on the tracker?

Has there been any EcoDiesels built over the last two days?

The VIN number is 1C6SRFHM6PN559288. The submission form is saying the VON is not valid, which is RFJ21101

The VIN submission form won’t take my new POC number saying it’s not valid. I now have a cloned order due to quality control issues with my original truck order, and I’d like to add the new order for tracking purposes. The new POC is RFJ21101.

Were you able to track the cloned truck? I also have been issued a cloned order due to my original truck having “quality control issues.” How long did it take to start production on the cloned truck once it was back in D status?
