I have been offered a LOT more trade for my 2019 with 25K miles at competing dealers than at Ram dealers. I have had my Ram almost 2 years and I am ready to put all the issues with it behind me and hope for a better truck. I have faced more trips to the dealer then I care to with multiple...
I have included the invoice from the work performed, and my emailed response. Maybe something on here will help others. You can see they clearly state this Vibration is "normal" for our trucks. There is not one single intention of correcting this issue.
#1, 2, 3, & 4 Not relevant to my...
I have hunted for that TSB but cant find it. Seems if I do not print them off, hand deliver and explain the corrective action it done get fixed. Anyone have a link to this TSB?
Mine came from Poage CDJR in Sept 2018 in Hannibal, Mo...., came in clear sealed bags with Mopar all over them. Took 2 weeks to get them, and took another 2 for the Factory color match full interior rubber all weather mats to arrive. I always will spend more to protect my vehicles and have...

They are factory right from the Dealer OEM Mopar. They do not have a drain at all in them. I drive only on highway. We use cinders on our highways in the winter in Missouri. These tiny rocks and dirt fill them to the top in no time. It literally is like cement in the open cavity. I have fought...
They saved you from putting these worthless mopar splash guards on believe me. They are horrible, BUT easy to install. I will be replacing mine if they have not already ruined my wheel molding.
Mopar are junk. Mine are full or road debris. I will post pictures. At highway speeds the tire will "siphon" small rocks and debri and sounds like a fully auto bbgun at times with sand and tiny rocks hitting that are sucked up out of them.
