I would start a case with RAM and give my dealership the info you have found here.

I have not checked, but I believe it's a two piece case that comes in half sort of like a transfer case. I'll take a closer look next time I'm under the truck.

Also, if you have a 4x4 you have to change the gears in the front as well $$$$$.

@Edwards @SpeedyV what type & brand of PPF did you use? I'm seriously looking into PPF but finding an experienced dealer in North Alabama has proven difficult.

I tried this yesterday to no avail with the Sam's Club $500 coupon and the Ram $500 mailer coupon. I relented because the dealer was actually able to show me the Dealer Connect screen that would not allow him to use both coupons.

My truck is a Laramie trim package, so the BUG would have provided the LED Lights and bed liner. However, you fellas with Limited have the LEDs and bed liners as part of your package so if you also ordered the Ramboxes I'm not sure what you received.

Interesting, I picked up my truck today. I did not order the BUG but did order the Rambox Cargo Management System. The truck came with both the keyed Ram Divider and the utility rails. The Ram Owner Support Website, which is sourced directly to your VIN, shows a video of the Rambox Cargo...

My truck has been delivered!! It took 58 days since ordering. Unfortunately I will not be able to pick it up until Tuesday.

I didnt order the BUG because my understanding was the divider came with the Ramboxes. Im going to wrestle with my dealer over this. If it comes down to ordering, does anyone have the part number for the divider that comes with the BUG? I don't want the one on the Mopar website.

So did your truck come with the divider? Does anyone know if Rambox cargo management system are suppose to come with the divider?

Any chance you have a copy of the Work Authorization Request form?

I shopped over 25 dealers in the selection process. At least 5 of those dealers straight up told me they do not special order vehicles. I found it very surprising myself. Most of those dealers were smaller dealerships however.
