I feel for your loss. It’s been about 11 weeks since I lost my girl. She was a great dog for almost 14 years. There hasn’t been a day that I haven’t thought about her!
I just used the Rigid wiring harness. This runs from the lights to the battery,, then they give you enough wire to run the switch to the inside. It’s very straight forward
I gave the truck a good wash . It’s been a few weeks and I wanted to test out the Chemical Guys V07 spray sealant. I am very happy with the outcome. After washing the truck and drying with my backpack blower I wiped it down with the V07 spray sealant to get any water spots that remained.
I installed some Rigid SR-Q back up lights that I took off my 2014 2500. I did not wire them to go on when reverse is engaged. I only want them to go on when I flip switch. They made a big difference at night.

I bought my truck on Halloween. Therefore I never checked ac or ac seats. I used the ac for the first time ever Monday and seemed to work ok, but I noticed the ventilated seats were definitely louder than expected. I’ve never had ac seats before ,,,so didn’t know if this is to be expected?
It’s the same process as the fourth gens,,,only the glove box is much stiffer and a pain to remove. I changed my cabin filter out to a K&N and thought I was going to snap the tabs off of the glove box. Definitely not a 2 minute job like my last Ram!
I installed this morning. I have read all posts on this topic, and judging by posts seemed like a very easy job. I found it to be a BIG pain in the ***. I ended up taking the exhaust tip off to get more working room, and used a jack to hold step in place so I could get 1 bolt in easily. The...
