So it turns out that my headlight switch was in the off position instead of auto. I had just gotten it inspected and they must have turned it off, and the DRL's were bright enough for me to drive with in the dark! Put it back to auto and the forward stalk position worked again.
Having the same issue, and can't believe I haven't been able to find anything other than this thread that even mentions it. I don't have the auto high beams. Anybody ever solve this??

Yep they charged $150 and it didn’t do squat. RamCares then said it’s a software issue that might be addressed in a future update but had no guess as to timing.
Sure here you go. Haven’t done anything yet with tires. Spent a couple weeks researching wheel spacers or new wheels but eventually decided to stay stock, mostly because of a post in another thread where I asked a guy who had the same spacers I was considering say he didn’t notice any...

I sent @RamCares screenshots of the dealer mode display (you have to scroll down to see all the info) and they were able to help ID the software version.
After informing RamCares that the software update did not solve the problem, they referred me to the Uconnect team. The Uconnect agent had me take the truck in to the dealer for a second opinion on not being able to lower the volume, and the dealer confirmed that all radios work this way...
