Mine will act up sometimes, I just unplug it from one usb c port over to the other one and starts working again. It’s been hot and cold when it has happened, not sure what causes it.
My stereo is still stock, I have not changed anything. I was just saying that if the dealership cannot get this issue resolved I will look into a different truck.
Well I think the sound system is great, I don’t plan on upgrading it anytime soon. I will take it in and have the software updated, if it becomes an issue that does not go away I will look at other truck manufacturers.
Thanks everyone, I will take it into the dealership near me to have them take a look. I have zero issues with this truck till a few days ago. I enjoy the ANC system, I have never had a vehicle I could whisper in and still here it very well lol.
Took the tires for test up in Idaho's National forest, tires did great in the mud and rocky terrain. Still trying to figure out which overland tent i want to buy and install it above the truck bed.

Ride has been good, they seem to grip the road pretty well, as far as noise I can hear them when the radio is off but that’s about it. Just go them muddy today out in national forestland here in Idaho, Rocks and mud were no problem.
The OEM tire size is 275/55r20 which is a 31.9” tire, the 275/60r20 is a 33” tire. So you gain an inch in overall tire size, and for me I wanted a taller tire without having to put a lift kit on. With BFG ko2 all terrains, it has “D” load rating so it is like an 8ply tire, vs the old OEM tire...
This is the first upgrade to my 2019 Ram 1500, can't wait either for a lightbar in the grill portion of the bumper or an overland tent in the truck bed.
