What RHO said. You can remove your back seats ( four bolts each side I think ). Remove the back wall cover to check the RF hub plug. If you are lucky, maybe just unplug it and dry out the connector. Check for corrosion.
Not related to battery replacements, but when I had my 2018 2500, my backup camera would do that once in awhile. No rhyme or reason, but I opened and closed the tailgate, and it would work again. I figured that it was a connection issue in the tailgate, but it wasn’t very often and the tailgate...
Hi Anthony, as I said above my truck sat at the rail yard for about 6-7 weeks. It was only about 65 miles away. I asked about just going to pick it up and I was told that can’t be done. So I waited.
Funny thing is, I have occasionally picked up new Chevys from holding yards when the dealership...
I feel for ya! I went through this when I ordered a ‘22 Ram 1500 (current truck). Ordered early August, finally built mid November. Shipped to a yard early December to await delivery to dealership, which the salesman checked and told me they should have it within 2 weeks. Hah, I didn’t get it...
My thoughts too. Funny how some problems can’t be fixed, some can’t get the parts when needed, folks still waiting for the key card/phone thing to work, but man NO PROBLEM with that marketing app.
You’re in a tough spot. If you do remove just the lifters, I would think they are not your only issue. Probably need a cam too. And if you don’t get the metal out, you will be just wasting time and money. How about checking around for a used engine at a salvage yard.
The Alexa app thing can be removed. It was on my ‘22 Longhorn when I 1st bought it. I think I replaced it with the camera view icon. Not such luck with the ugly market app though. Funny thing is months ago I was able to touch it, then immediately hit my media icon. Then the SiriusXM channel...
Let everyone know how it works out for you. When I 1st looked at your pics, I didn’t know what to even look at! So I watched their install video and I understand it now. ( I have a 2022 5.7 Hemi ) I did notice your high side line is over top of the fuse box cover whereas the video shows snaking...
Naviks price is $200, has anyone actually tried it out? Kinda cool to have that option. There isn’t much information in the video. Just shows removing door panel and which plugs that you will need access to.
Sounds like the Tungsten may have the Off Road Group, as that would explain the “extra heavy duty shocks”. Find a truck without the ORG to compare the ride to see if you notice any difference. The ORG also comes with All Terrain tires. It’s also possible the air pressure is at the max limit...
Back in early January a deer ran into the side of my truck. After asking a PDR guy about the damage, he said it was too much. So I made an insurance claim and the body shop gave me a date to bring it in for replacement of the rear door. When my date was coming up, I got a call that the door...
I’ve had that icon at the top for quite awhile. What was working until today, I would touch the icon, it would start to open the page, then I would touch “media” to get back to the radio display. The icon would disappear and usually not come back until it sat overnight. Then I would repeat this...
SGT131,
No problem. Must have been because of being in the garage. I actually found a couple of channels that I liked and saved them. Don’t think I have ever tried to tune up that high. So thanks for your advice.
