Not mine, but a friend of mine just traded his ‘21 eTorque Hemi in with 180,000+ miles. Funny, actually, one of the things that never had any problem with was the MGU. Accumulated a bunch of driveline problems in the last year.
It’s usually a month or two behind when the ordering starts for the next year model. Only trouble with those nice new colors, they are really only for Laramie and below. And if you want the Rambox option ( automatically on Tungstens ) that also restricts what colors you can opt for.
From what I...
Yea that should be no issue. Stock wheels were 20”, 22” was an “upgrade” wheel with an extra charge. The stock tire size is 275/55/20, so I don’t think 5mm wider will make any difference.
Look around maybe on Facebook or the forums for someone selling the original 20” wheels.
Unless you want to...
I had 3 Hemis in a 1500 and currently have a ‘22 eTorque Hemi. At 25,00+ miles on my current truck and no power train issues. Previous trucks/Hemis were usually traded around the 40,000 miles mark.
I’m on the fence too about the Hurricane or Hemi. Not a fan of the eTorque although I haven’t had...
Yea. Keep the rails with the cover. Easier sell. If you can get lucky like I did a few years ago, I sold my OEM cover to a coworker who just bought a used Ram and mentioned he wanted a cover. I took his silver rails as part of the deal.
Tough sell without the rails.
Yea ok. My standard TG was much more watertight. That said, the MFT is awesome. Along with Ramboxes, air suspension and MFT are a no compromise. Probably would just have to order again.
Ramit392, does your truck have the MFT? I’m on my 2nd Retrax cover. My previous cover fit 6.5’ beds and when I got my 2022 I had to replace it because of that damn 5.7’ bed.
Anyway, my previous cover had very little water intrusion with a standard tailgate. But the 5.7’ bed with the MFT is a...
I’ve had the bedrug in a couple of my pickups. I like the fact that it fills in the channels in the bed floor. It essentially makes the floor flat. The material is very durable and it can be washed if needed.
I had/have a bed cover on too, so it gets that extra protection when parked during the...
I bought the bedrug for my ‘22 Longhorn. Only issue is with the MFT tailgate. It’s ok if you only use it as a regular tailgate, but it doesn’t work if you open it like a door. I ended up just cutting off the tailgate extension part. I left a long enough of a tail to tuck it under the backend of...
While I don’t have a ‘25, I do have a ‘22 Longhorn 1500 with the ORG. I had 2 1500s previously without the ORG. All had/have 4 corner air ride.
On my truck presently owned truck, I only have 4 selectable ride height settings, whereas previously I had 5 settings. So in effect I am driving in...
So, 2026 models just got able to order. And you must take delivery by 09/02!!! Took me almost 6 months from order date to delivery for my 2022.
Unless they extend that date, there won’t be many with that warranty
Richbc, yeah, I can appreciate trying to avoid the dealership, and in my case it was brand new. Electronics on vehicles today are making it very difficult to be the “shade tree mechanic”.
And parts availability and pricing sometimes make it unwise to just start throwing parts at it.
They did...
Similar situation, bought a new 2025 Jeep GC Summit. Took it for a short drive before actually doing the deal, and mentioned that the SiriusXM wasn’t picking up a signal.
Oh, he said you’ll need to drive it for a while for it to find the signal. I knew that it wasn’t the how it should work...
Not able to just shut it off, but you can hold the FOB on the rear door glass when you close the driver’s door. ( engine still running )
It works on my ‘22 Ram 1500 and my ‘25 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Congrats. Just love the color and how the front end fascia eliminates the separate front bumper. Reminds me of the Sport models of a few years ago. Best of luck to you with it.
