Like said above, it is slow, makes my phone really hot too. I wouldn’t waste the $$ on it. Plus I don’t even like the angle it holds the phone and hardly ever even put my phone there.

Is it making noise? Bearing could be going bad. This can be rebuilt with a replacement bearing. There is a great write up on this on the form.
