Air Ride, Off Road Kit and Leveling

Good question, and I'm not sure there's a good answer. I too have an ORG with air and it is 1" taller than a non-ORG. Mine has both OR1 and OR2 settings because my air suspension went south just after purchase and the dealer re-programmed everything it to have 5 settings...sounds great but OR2...

Lug Nuts - OEM to Aftermarket

Switching from the OEM 20x9s to a set of 18x9 Icon Rebound (Zero Offset) in Bronze. I know the lug nut size is 14x1.50, but will the stock lugs work with the new aftermarket wheels? If not, what will? Want them in black.

    Air Suspension Madness

Update. We're now 10 weeks into the air suspension issue. Dealer is "baffled" still and they are sending a Technical Engineer in from FCA next wednesday to try to fix. They are lost on how the truck gained Off-Road 1 and Off-Road 2 settings on its own. They are leaning towards a software...

    Air Suspension Madness

Thanks for the replies. Agree that water could enter and cause craziness, BUT, how did my suspension settings change? I have OR1 and OR2 now. Out of nowhere. As of today, FCA engineers are "baffled" (words of Service Manager) as to how that happens without a different module being installed...

    Air Suspension Madness

I've had other issues with my truck, but I'll stick with the Air Suspension problem for the purposes of this thread. '19 Ram 1500 Bighorn CC 6'4" bed 4x4 , North Package, Air. 11k miles. Basics: -Received truck back from dealer 3rd week of September for other issues I brought it in to have...

    Crooked Bumpers

Mine was reported in August 2019, It's now 24 November and it's not fixed. The dealer has had it now for over 6 weeks of that 3-month period for this issue. My mind is numb.

    Windows Molding Issue

Same issue here, but only on one (drivers). Took it in to be replaced, dealer replaced the plastic B-Pillar cover instead which isn't associated to the rubber seal....I'm told the seal is in and should be replaced soon. If only Ram hadn't changed to this Durango style B-Pillar design.

    Aero Mode-rear bump stop question

Thanks for the inputs, it looks like the truck "relearned" itself and is now sitting a bit higher in Aero and Normal. But...here's the oddness. -I now have an OR2 mode which in the past didn't exist. Previously, if I tried to go above OR1, the EVIC would just say "Selected ride height not...

    Aero Mode-rear bump stop question

Does the air suspension raise or lower from other settings if aero is selected? Example: going from normal to aero, should the rear raise or lower at all? My understanding is that the rear would not move. Mine raises and lowers from or to normal mode.

    Aero Mode-rear bump stop question

I’m curious if the dealer didn’t do some funky reprogramming to help alleviate the shimmy I was feeling at takeoff. If the axle is contacting the bumpstops, there couldn’t be any axle wrap or shimmy. Not the right fix, but maybe?

    Aero Mode-rear bump stop question

I had an odd shimmy/shake in the rear of my ‘19 Bighorn 6’4” bed truck starting at 1k miles. Dealer was able to reduce it to tolerable, but ever since I’ve got it back from them, it rides super stiff in the rear end (I typically drive it in Aero). Tonight I crawled under and tried out each...
