Me personally, I would wait a year and pay off the truck before I bought a new one. The price of the new ones is only going to keep going down and you will give RAM another year to work out all the kinks in the manufacturing process. As far as equity in cars go, that's why I always bought...
Did you check the pressure while the tires were cold, or after driving? Once they heat up, the pressures can rise 5lbs. Likewise, the pressure on the door jamb is a MAX cold pressure. I usually inflate 1-2 lbs below the max level because the ride is better.
Thanks but I'm referring to the MDS functionality in general. I don't have any indicator lights that show when it's active, at least that I have seen. Good to know the max gear selection deactivates it though. I'm assuming from what I've read thus far here, that this is just cylinder...
The engineers behind these things are some of the best in the world. There may be an impact, but it also may not be a factor in the useful life of a vehicle in today's world. To each his own however.
It still takes some effort and driving with fuel economy in mind. I am averaging 17.5-18 mpg. I have the gauge display set to instant fuel economy and with focus you will get there but you have to try and that's not as fun when you have a HEMI.
