Finally took delivery of the truck after the Clear Bra, Ceramic Coating and tint. Happy with it so far!

Truck was delivered to the dealership this morning via car carrier and by this afternoon it was headed to STL to receive a clear bra and ceramic coating treatment. Just under 10 weeks from order placement to delivery! Dealership had two inquiries about the truck in just the few hours they had...

Ordered 4/17 and build sheet showed up today. Dealer told me earlier in the week that the truck was scheduled to be shipped next week and arrive in hand by end of the month. 7 weeks from order to build plus a couple for shipping isn't bad!

We discussed the possibility of ordering a '22 and putting my '21 on the lot when it arrived. He has someone wanting my '19 so he is anxious to get his hands on it. He offered to trade me right away but doesn't have any good used trucks for me to drive while I wait for my new one to arrive...

Ordered mine around the same time as you. Dealer told me on Monday that mine was being built either that day or yesterday but I still don't have a build sheet showing. Targeted shipping date is June 15th with arrival at dealership soon after (Central IL).

Just checked with Ram Cares and they told me "parts are being assembled" so no ETA yet...

I ordered '21 Billet Silver Limited Night Edition on 4/17/21 and had Vin# on 4/21/21. I am VIN 800855. No update on build date yet.

Watching this thread.... Had radio replaced under warranty after multiple failed updates could not resolve my pre-set programming issue. New radio and latest software have resulted in the same problem described here. Radar slow to load and will disappear soon after.

Had mine at the dealer for regular maintenance and complained, again, about the coolant smell. Once, again, they said no leaks and everything checks out.... Glad I'm not the only one with this issue! 29K miles and has already spent more time at the dealer than my last 5 Chevys combined....

I have an update for those of you that have seen some of my comments and threads about my 12.1 Uconnect problems (loss of pre-sets dating back to March and finally the last dealer installed update a few weeks ago that randomly plays BT and SXM at the same time while blanking my screen, and...

Hello Ram Care Specialist Mark!! I'd love some help with updating my 12" display to where it will keep my SXM presets and not play two inputs at the same time.... I've had the first problem since March and have been waiting on the Q3 "over the air update" to take place and the second problem...

Same here. Started last week after the dealership performed a radio update. Was hoping this update would solve my SXM preset disappearing act but all it did was add more problems......

@bmarcurella what software version is the new screen running? I'm curious as to what hardware/software changes they have made to a new screen out of the box..... Thanks!

I have been waiting on the Q3 over the air update to solve the lack of maintaining the SXM presets since March. However, while my truck was getting an oil change last week the dealership performed a "radio software update" and now I have the same gremlin. It is happening when I leave my iPhone...
