The tech did the same thing with mine. He ordered a new seat back and seat bottom for my truck. The sound still happens on occasion, but it is drastically reduced.

I am having the same problem with the driver's seat with my 2019 Big Horn. The seat noise appears to be coming from the lumbar area and it is really loud and annoying especially when towing. It happens when hitting bumps or accelerating. My problem may be a broken frame or a bad lumbar controller.

My truck just got a stress crack in the windshield. It started at the top middle edge and is almost down to the middle bottom. It happened sometime this morning. I didn't have a windshield strike from a rock...it just happened.

My phone has it, but it is a company phone with data that is shared with my coworkers. On vacations, I don't want to run the the company phone WIFI hotspot while the kids are streaming movies.

No Nav....I think it will be easier to purchase a mobile hot spot and plug it into a USB port than it will be to switch out radios. It would be a lot cheaper as well. RAM did a poor job of informing people that non nav units cannot be upgraded to have wifi.

I agree 100% with your statements! I too feel like I was sold a watered down system and I am very angry about it. I owned nothing but F150 trucks in the past and this issue makes me think twice about considering RAM again in the future. I don't care about NAV, but I did want to have LTE WIFI...
