Thanks. Unfortunately he doesn't go into the panel removal. He was adjusting the overall height of the box and lock adjustment. A great post for sure, but not really what I'm dealing with.

If it's a 2019 just take it to the dealer. If it's something wrong with the software they'll fix it. If it's something you are doing wrong they'll show you how to use the GPS properly.
I wouldn't get too tied up in all that. People post when something is wrong. There's less cause for a post that says "Everything is perfect with my truck"
