285/75's are pretty tall (almost 35"), so you may rub somewhere at full lock, but from a width perspective, I'd imagine you should be good in terms of clearing the UCA's, etc. For whats it worth, I'm running a 295/70/18 on my truck with ORP and about 2" level and no issues here.
