No spacer and surprisingly no rub at all at full lock foward or reverse. I was expecting rub based on what people were saying on here and even bought a heat gun anticipating needing it but didn't have to use it.
I have a non ORP truck and set the 5100's on clip 5 (1.7"), I had a half inch rake but it looked nose high to me under certain conditions so I put in 1" rear blocks. Then finally put on some 285/55/22 Toyo at3s to finish off the look.
Well shoot, I was able to squeeze my hand in to check both sides including the middle and all 3 feel connected. Maybe they just aren't making a good connection? Mine only works on the driver's side not the center or passenger.
I also have a night edition Laramie non air suspension, I'm really happy with the look of 285/55/22. No rub with Bilstein 5100's set at 1.7" above stock in the front along with 1" spacers in the rear.
No off road package on mine. Yours would be very similar. The bilsteins on #5 clip give me a 1.7" lift up front and then I have 1" blocks in the back. You'll be fine with your set up, like you said worst case you'd need to do a little heat gun treatment.
Got my new 285/55/22 Toyo Open Country AT3's a few hours ago. Initial impressions are highly positive, the ride quality at 38 psi is great. I only had the stock tires on for a week and can't vividly recall those but the ride is better compared to my previous Falken AT3W tires in size 285/45/22...

I have 285/45/22 falken at3w's on now. Would like to upsize to 285/55/22 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's or Toyo at3. Any thoughts on ride comfort between the two? How much will the ride suffer compared to these which are p rated vs the LT's? Thought having more sidewall might counteract the stiffer tire?
Put 1" Motofab rear spacers in. Left factory shocks, seems to ride the same. I have bilstein 5100's set at 5 and it looked nose high sometimes even though it still had a 1/8" rake now has 1". I have 285/45/22 falken at3w's on it now. Would like to upgrade to 285/55/22 Nitto Terra Grappler G2's...
I as many have found the HK system lacking, coming from a 13 RAM with aftermarket 10" sub I wanted more bass. If you are listening to SiriusXM try switching to a high quality source like Amazon HD music or downloaded files from a USB. It makes a HUGE difference. The bass is increased a lot and...
