At first, mine was updating quite frequently. In the past few months, it could go 7 to 10 days between updates. It now just went 31 days and finally updated. The truck is almost one year old. If this is by design, it should have been documented.
They do have a huge blind spot that I notice mostly at a four-way stop. They took a while to get used to, but now it is muscle memory to lean forward and back to see around the blind spot at an intersection. I live in a rural area without many intersections, so it isn't too bad on a daily basis...
My utility trailer with four incandescent lights did not have an issue. My horse trailer with 13 lights did. We swapped them out one by one until it started to work. I don't remember the exact number, but most of the lights had to be replaced before it worked. All 13 incandescent lights worked...
Did you try connecting a different trailer? My horse trailer would not light up because it had incandescent lights. The truck would immediately kill the power because it thought the lights had a short. Apparently they only tested with LEDs. I swapped out all of the lights for LEDs and several...
Around 2000 miles. Mark Dodge met us at the airport in Houston and we road tripped it for a week to NorCal. It was the best truck buying experience I have ever had and we had a great vacation on the way home. I would do it again.
I bought my 2025 at Mark Dodge and had them install larger tires. Their service department recalibrated the speedometer for me, so it can be done. They charged me $145.
I fully agree. These LED lights are a thousand times better than the stock lights. I tried another brand that didn’t fit at all and I returned them. Lasfit were easy to install and have worked perfectly.
I haven't done any real off-roading unless you count our dirt road. I do pop off and on the pavement quite a bit on single-lane roads to let a car pass. Everything is really solid and quiet, and the alignment is perfect. My local mechanic, who is a Rubicon off-roader, likes how adjustable the...
I put the Carli Commuters on my 2025 Laramie with the ORP. The ride got a lot smoother on the rough rural roads around here. They are not as firm as the ORP shocks, but the truck still handles great while driving on curvy canyon roads. I got about 1 1/2" lift in front and 1" in back with the HD...
I have the Off Road Package without air suspension. Both front and back should be 1” taller. The leveling kits out there generally point this out when stating their lift heights.
Wireless CarPlay on my Laramie with a 14” screen has had no issues. It connects within a few seconds after turning on the truck and never disconnects. I have an iPhone 16 which is up to date and so is Uconnect. In the past six months, a few times the SiriusXM channels have went dead. However...
I’m waiting for the “Oil change required” message to appear. I assume it shows up closer to 0%. Mine is at 20% with 8000 miles. Modern synthetic oils can last 10000 miles. I have oil and a filter ready for when I get the notification.
