Where did you get the file for the USB update? The uconnect site tells me I don't need an update when I put in my VIN. Despite the fact that my truck keeps popping that error message every few days so it's clearly TRYING to update. It's pretty impressive how horrible uconnect is.

Yep - that's where you do it, of course it gives you zero indication of if/when/etc it's connected or not so it's not a super useful function. Mine is connected to my wifi (in theory) but I still get that "-4" error every so often and it's just not updated. I don't have good cellular coverage...

How does eTorque add to towing capacity? Not sure I process how that's feasible.

anyone know the magic trick to get the truck to successfully save performance data to a USB key? The truck recognizes it's there but gives an error any time I try to write data to it.

As far as I know that is correct. My 5'7" bed with BUG but no ramboxes certainly didn't come with one

Just speculating but could be any number of things, upgrade, DDOS, instability of the OS if hosted on windows :) Either way definitely appreciate the mods, site manager(s) and sponsors who keep this a fantastic free resource for the community.
