I have to say I loved the way my 3.5 Ecoboost towed. That low end torque is amazing on those engines and it was nice not having to rev higher to get that torque out of the engine like you do for the Hemi. The 'Sport Mode' was a hell of a lot of fun on that truck too!

Yep I would absolutely get a second opinion, or swap it out for a new one. My battery crapped out on me as well and the dealer did find it faulty and swapped it out on warranty. I wouldn't want to have that worry in the back of my head while I'm trying to enjoy a vacation. Happy travels!
