Same issue with my 2019 Bighorn. Replaced the motor on the plastic assembly and quickly learned it was not designed to be replaceable. Hate the check engine light being on but not sure what else to do.

Mirrors and attachments are a bit fragile but this is a great suggestion! Thanks

Thanks for the reply. The install did not require disassembly of the folding mechanism. Had to remove mirror, back panel and lower panel. Mirrors move just fine. I tried to trace wiring but it's a pain in the butt.

As mentioned in my earlier post, I installed sequential lighting in the rear view mirrors. Look & work great! However, the power fold function now does not work. I tried a replacement door controller & switch module. No luck. Even disassembled the driver's mirror to see if I could find any...

This is more an Electrical topic than exterior but I did not see the category. Installed LED turn signal lights on the exterior mirrors and now the mirrors won't power fold. It never fails for me, try to customize something and end up breaking something else...... Anyone know the fuse...

I found the fuses! Will check them, thanks again!

Good advice thanks. However, not even getting 14v to the window connector. Seems like an open wire somewhere between the fuse and the connector.

Right, some discreet switches still remain but not many! Just find it hard to believe a wire would be open somewhere but that's where I'm headed....

Yes, the switch does light up and the connection to the window is not connected. I removed so I could check voltage. There is power at the fuse but not at the window connection

Bought a 2019 Ram 1500 quad cab and love it. Only thing is rear defrost does not work. No power at connector on rear glass and fuse is OK. Doesn't seem like there's a relay either. Any advice?
