Hey guys. Have a 19 Rebel with air suspension. Never had issues but of course I decided to add some height (daystar level, revel links , 35's and 1.5 wheel spacers) to it and now the truck pulls left... at slower speeds or backroads it drives pretty straight/normal but on highways especially in...
Hey guys. Need some advice. Have a 19 rebel air suspension. Installed daystar blocks w/ revel links, 35X11.5 tires (nitto trail grapplers) on stock wheels. Next on the list is wheel spacers but I'm not sure what size i should go with. Don't what the tires sticky too far outside the fender and...
Had the same issue on the front driver door. Door was shut but not tight against the truck frame. Dealer mechanic adjusted the strike plate and no more wind noise
Well...walked out to the 19 rebel with air suspension yesterday am (northern IL; below zero) and the front passagenger side is down 1.5 inches vs the driver side. Have the daystar and revel links on it. Never had an issue. Thought maybe the link was causing the issue then start researching and...
Filled them back up to 55 and yes the ride is a little harsher but still great for a truck. After a 1.5 days @ 45 psi, i don't know how you can drive on 38. Yes a softer ride but also saw my mpg drop (not a ton but still noticeable).
Ok. Completely missed the fact that you and a lot of comments are for non rebel rams.....Checked my door (yes I have a rebel) and it is 55 in front and 45 in the rear. Lowered them to 50 all around and it does ride softer but too soft up front. Going to bump it back to 55 and see.
well....backed out of the driveway today my front brakes sounds like they are entering the early stages of the brake moan we all love. just had my rears done 2 weeks ago. based on all the comments above it sounds like Ram doesn't have a permanent fix unfortunately. That being said, would RAM...
Had the same issue. Mine was coming from the driver door btwn the frame of the truck and the door itself. The door was closed but at high speed and on a windy day, the wind would come right through the door seal. Took it to the dealer and the tech adjusted the striker plates on both front door...
That is exactly what mine sounded like. Would have to take another look at the service invoice but I believe they just replaced both rear calipers and pads. No more moan. Tech told me there was a service bulletin he found on it.
Just had my Rebel at the dealer for the brakes moaning/screaming after sitting all night and for the door wind noise issue. The tech replaced both rear brake assembles, pads, etc. Did not change the rotors. I'm happy to say my brakes didn't wake up my neighbors this morning. No break noise at all.
