Sounds like a gasket around the opening to the evaporator case because its pressurize and depresure rising the cab. They have to pull the whole dash out to replace it. Does the noise seem to come more from the passenger side
Definetly the rear window.. No third brake lt. needs replace 3 times unless there not cleaning the surface. From the photos you can see water running the top of the rear power slider
There's supposed to be a drip rail channel between the two pieces of panaoramic glass based off the photos it might be missing or someone forgot to install it on the new panaroamic roof
It's probably the top of the "A"pillar at the top of the windshield underneath the molding and is dripping down. Try taking the trim piece off with the grab handle its just 2 10mm bolts. Run water on top of the windshield area and see if you get any drips from the windshield area
I would take the trim piece off at the a pillar and see if its dripping from there before ripping off the whole inner fender. Because then you can just seal the seam at the top of the windshield.
It is probably the a pillar seam at the top of the windshield area undeneath the molding. Try taking the a pillar trim off and water test to see if it is dripping from the seam up top
