Anyone ACTUALLY running 5w-30 or even 10w-30? Thoughts? Experience? Any REAL TRUTH to throwing a code running higher weight oil (no conjecture please)

I ate my peas and carrots to avoid being beat unmerciful. Depression era folks don't play. Bought a bunch of this stuff cus the carton looks cool.

HK radio and door speaker upgrade

Clearing up a few facts for this thread: All the factory 6X9's are the same type of driver which is a mid bass driver only and not coaxial. Ram engineers decided to reverse polarity which puts the speaker "out of phase" on all 4 6X9's. This was obviously in an attempt to create a desired sound...

H/K audio upgrade - VAST Improvment

Yes, you'll want to swap polarity on all 4.

What are you using to clean/shine your wheels?

Been using Meguires D140 Wheel Brightener for a few years on all my cars. Mixes 4:1. Cuts through brake dust in seconds and rinses off clean.

H/K audio upgrade - VAST Improvment

Nice work! Odd you had to disable ANC though. Didn't do that with mine.

    Paint Protection Film/ Ceramic Coating

Not a fan of PPF. I'm in the "fill any visible chips" camp with a good base/clear and keep it detailed. Waste of $ IMHO.

I use a leaf blower on the Ram

I've been using the leaf blower for a few years but always finish with my compressor. I find it's the only way to get the sport hood collection points dry.

2” or 2.5” level. Please help me decide!

Keeping a bit of rake is nice if you plan to haul heavier loads or for towing. I do both on a regular basis and don’t want the front end higher than the rear.

    Hellwig? Hell, yeah!

Following “Bullcycles” lead, I did the “poor man’s Helwig” mod to my factory sway bar. Large hydraulic press and drill press required. No reason this will compromise integrity of the stock bar. It’s been snowing in my neck of the woods so haven’t gone out to test it. My buddy has the same truck...

    Timbren SES Install

Installed a set of Timbrens for towing my boat. No difference in unloaded ride quality for me. I also haul 2-3 off road motorcycles in the bed so I'm curious to see if the Timbrens make contact with the stop plates when loaded but haven't had time to find out.
