I ordered mine last Friday and chose express. Got it yesterday. Works pretty well. Takes a little longer to connect than I would’ve thought. There’s also probably a 0.5 sec delay on Spotify when skipping forward or back. Both minor issues. Overall has worked great!

The conversation you are having is different. You're right. The truck itself only supports wired carplay. However, the thing I posted at the beginning of this thread is a dongle that you connect to the truck and then wirelessly connect your phone to and then it's supposed act as a wireless carplay.

I have the same question. Wondering if it works consistently with iOS 13 or only worked once?

You can try setting it to your preset I know the seat presets savor some info from the head unit. So choose Nav. Save seat preferences and then try that. Not sure if it’ll work

So I entered a ticket complaining about the info not showing on the portal or app. They told me the fix was coming later this year in a software update, but they gave me 3 years (or 6 total) oil changes and tire rotations as compensation. Just something to keep in mind if you all are that upset...
