To all my Ram brothers, I was involved in a accident last week. I was rear ended by a vehicle going around 50mph and the truck saved my life. The truck didn’t survive however 😩. We might complain about issues but I thank the engineers for the safety design.
If it’s under warranty the dealer should absolutely get you a loaner vehicle. My dealer has given me a loaner twice now for warranty issues. Sometimes my start button hasn’t worked, but when I reposition my key fob in my pocket it works. Somehow I think the key fob signal is blocked by my phone...
Well, Add me to the list on broken folding mirrors 😩,passenger side folds in but won’t deploy and the drivers side is making a loud clunk sound before operation. Heading to dealer on the 21st.
Good luck, I had a star case on the volume issue and it escalated to a Uconnect engineer who stated the system was designed to default back to volume level 14. Please let us know if they have developed a fix
I hope ! I’ve been dealing with this problem for over a year, no solution from Uconnect .They state is was designed that way to default back to the higher volume setting. Please keep us updated
Yes it is covered under warranty, many of us, myself included have had the window replaced. That being said, the replacement looks to be the same design.
No, new set from parts department. Thanks for your feedback, I’m very satisfied. The part number they are waiting on is for a single replacement drivers mat. My dealer was gracious enough to give me a complete set. Thanks
Recall states AA,AB,AC are defected all other are correct, read w63 recall, I was issued the redesigned mats pictured on the right in the recall notice.
