I know a lot of people have been looking for this including me, and I just found this video, so hopefully it helps someone. I haven’t gone out and tried it yet. I thought I’d post it before I lost the video. This isn’t my video btw.
I tried doing this but as i turned the screw to the left to loosen, it seemed to start getting tighter. Is that when the cap can be popped off or does the screw need to be completely removed. I just didn’t wanna back it all the way out and break some piece of plastic needed to hold the handle...
Mines doing the same thing and it gets worse every day. Went to the dealership and the paint department said there was nothing they could do for it because it was a “rock chip”. So I contacted Ram Cares on here and when I go back for my oil change they said they would start a case with them for me.

Caught my side mirror on a branch and popped my side marker. Been looking for videos on how to change it but can only find videos on how to remove the entire side mirror. Does anyone know or has had to change just this light out and is it difficult? Thank you in advance.
Yeah it’s already starting to get peeled from my hand rubbing across it from making turns. Hopefully it gets fixed soon
That was one way lol. Let me tell you, driving that long in a two door Jeep Wrangler was rough, luckily I had the Ram to ride back in.
