I put a new battery in to troubleshoot when it wouldn't start. I guess a new key fob battery would be a cheap thing to eliminate.

Looking at using an ESP32 device and triggering buttons and then monitoring a 12V signal that is only on while the truck is running. This would give me a small amount of feedback that the truck started successfully. I'm sure I can get more technical feedback but I want proof of concept first...

Were you able to track down the correct part numbers?

Can you follow up with exact specs of these mirror part numbers? Are they tow style mirror or just the standard? Also, where did you source parts?

Can I circle back to this list? Can you follow up and tell me exactly what options these mirrors have now that you've installed them? There's a ton of back and forth and I can't find the resolution? Also, where are you sourcing your parts? Prices are all over the place.

Thanks for the replies! If I'm understanding correctly, I should be able to purchase and program something like this even though it doesn't have all the same "features" as my truck? (obviously missing tailgate, passive entry, air suspension). I only actually need the remote start button.

I drive a 2019 Ram 1500 limited. My work truck is a 2022 F150. The F150 let's me remote start from an App without a monthly subscription. I can't justify paying for the Ram subscription just for remote start. I can build something that can hack together a ram keyfob and "press" the remote start...

Hey all. Like a dummy I clipped my mirror backing out of the garage. I only ripped off the mirror cap. Tried to pop it back on and it's loose. It looks like I broke all 3 plastic clips on the mirror side that hold the bottom of the cap in place (pictured). Is there any trick to repair or replace...

Looking for help here. Stupid me caught the garage as I was backing out and ripped off this cover. Looking at the 3 clips on the bottom, I broke all 3 of them on the mirror side. Any tricks to repair? I really don't want to buy a new mirror just for these stupid clips.
