Happy to take a listen. For mine, they replaced the tensioner as well. It was straight forward and they didn't mention anything else. I did a little digging and found this video clip on youtube. Pretty close to the noise I was hearing especially when he revs it.

Quick update. Parts arrived yesterday and were installed today. My Pavement Princess is purring like a kitten again.

BayouGatorz & Willwork4truck, did your etorque start making a whining noise before it failed completely and if so, how long after the noise started did it fail? I just brought my 2019 Limited in and they identified the etorque & tensioner as the source of the whine on mine. Parts are backordered...

Sorry for the delay in responding, it's just been an absolutely insane week for me at work. Picked up my baby last Friday, it took then a couple of days to get a new RF Hub. Spoke to the tech that did the work, and thankfully there was no sign of water infiltration through either the rear window...

With it being a 5yr old battery, one of the first things I did was put a tester on it to ensure it wasn't the problem. Battery health was reporting 95% with an 89% charge. Plus I swapped it out with a brand new battery and got the same results.

No Tazer. This is my pavement princess, she's bone stock. Now my other toys.... well that's a different story. :devilish:

Thanks for the info. Knock on wood, I haven't seen any signs of leaking. I remember reading about the leak issue when I first got it and was super paranoid about it and would check constantly. Fingers crossed, I just got off the phone with the dealership and if they can, they'll try to get it...

Sorry I forget exactly how to get to it, I think it's the info button while you're in NAV. You should see GPS Reliability. If it's reading "NONE", then it most likely is a hardware issue, at least that was the case with my 2019 Limited.
