Hi 6of36,
Thanks for your input. I opted for a GT pack deliberately so I could have direct control of gearshifts exactly when I want them, and be able to hold a gear when I chose to. I like driving, and part of that is the human>machine interaction of having full and exact control of the...
Hi guys,
I have a 2022 RAM 1500 with the GT pack, which includes the paddle shifters. The paddleshift reaction is very slow meaning there is a delay between pulling the shifter and the gear shifting, also there is no rev-matching throttle blip on downshifting, which I get on my other cars that...
Or could there be a way to split the single digital camera input that exists on my radio, so that it can receive two signals, instead of one? Kinda like you do with a double USB adapter on a single USB port?
Hi Jimmy
Thx for the reply, that's super helpful.
In that case, if I just wanted to add the front camera, without the other cameras, could I not just install the CVPM and then plug the OE front camera into that, without bothering with the side ones?
Thanks,
Mart
Thanks 6of36.
I have had the FCA dealer print the codes today.
One thing that I forgot to mention, is that in preparation for a rear fog light requirement in Europe, I went ahead and fitted a replacement rear fascia loom and headlight switch, both of which are the nearest spec items that I...
Hi all,
I'm a brit living in Spain and have just imported a new grey import 2022 RAM 1500 Sport GT from Canada. Ended up with a flat battery shortly after delivery, so after failing to recharge the battery using a plug-in charger connected directly to the battery whilst still installed in the...
Hi all,
Just read through all 31 pages, and still a little confused as a non-electrically minded newb!
I have a 2022 build Sport with 12" Connect and OE rearview tailgate camera. I've cross referenced all the part numbers on the Mopar website and from what I can see, the only camera available...
As some of your will have seen, I am looking at custom wheels that enable me to fit the widest rear tyre possible, for the staggered street look and extra traction/grip. I have ordered my truck but it hasn't arrived yet, but as my wheels will take 5+ weeks to make, I am gonna order in advance...
Ok - I'm just about to push the GO button on the custom wheels, but as my truck hasn't arrived yet - has anyone measured how much space there is on the rear between the inside edge of the tyre and the wheel well?
If anyone has done that I'd be much obliged for the info!
Isn't it amazing how a lower height, and wider wheel & tyre transforms the look of the truck - looks so much more aggressive! 👍 The stock tyre width compared to the overall width of the truck just looks so skinny 😧
Looking back through previous threads discussing tyre fitment and UCA, looks like there is around 15-20mm of extra space between the inside of the tyre and the UCA, which means you could fit a 315 width tyre on the front, but unlikely a 325 without rubbing. With the stock offset and an...
