Anyone know what kind of bolt this is

Those would be XZN triple squares. Yet another fastener head option.

    Tow/haul mode always when towing?

No, I got your point. You didn't get mine because you're not thinking things through. Cruise control is reactive, and it also cannot predict when dropping a few mph is ok or not. I would prefer to have it stay at the exact speed, rather than drop too much speed and then try to catch up.

    Tow/haul mode always when towing?

I'm the opposite -- I get annoyed when the speed drops a few mph, because when that happens in other cars, the transmission might downshift 2 gears so that it can get back to speed. That's because by the time the downshift happens, your speed is now 5 mph too slow (and dropping), and now it is...

What spare parts and fluids do you keep in the truck at all times?

I got rid of the "full size" temporary spare and replaced it with a real spare tire (found a matching takeoff wheel on ebay). I also got a bottle jack, but haven't found a good place to put it. The in-floor storage boxes aren't quite big enough, even with the liner removed. Agreed. I'll check...

    Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring System

edit: I'm glad you said something -- I saw these on ebay, also for $60. Going to return the amazon order. Thanks The sensors for trailers? These are not the same ones that go on your truck. And I definitely don't see them for sale around here (DC area).

    Trailer Tire Pressure Monitoring System

Amazon is selling this for $191.06 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08JM4JNHR Not certain if these are legit or not, but amazon (not a third party) is the seller. I ordered one, we'll see. There are now 2 left (more on the way).

    Laramie discount question

It's not just the add-ons like wheel locks or door edge guards. That's bush league. The dealer might steer you to finance with a certain bank, which will then give the dealership a commission in return. Same with wheel-and-tire warranties and extended vehicle warranties, which the dealership...

    Laramie discount question

Not speaking specifically about Mark Dodge, but these days most dealers are making their profits from the finance office -- extended warranties (esp third party), gap insurance, third party financing, paint protection plans, maintenance plans, etc. The dealer will get a "commission" of sorts by...

New 2022 ram 1500 laramie on order

+1. Reclining back seats are usually included with Laramie Level I, but there are a few Level I's out there that don't have them. I think it mostly has to do with that they have on hand at the factory.
