Everything I read tells me there is MDS on my 2023 Tradesman hemi. I’ve never heard/felt it kick in, but I just figured it was too subtle for Me.

that percentage is a measure of time. If you change oil everytime it gets to zero, you'll be within manuf. spec... but I've gotten to changing it no later than 80%, just to be sure I didn't become the cause of a lifter or cam lobe failure. :-)
I have a 2023 Tradesman 2500 with the 6.4 hemi, and I am pretty sure I've never heard/felt the MDS come on. I'm also pretty sure I would have, judging by the sound I"ve heard on videos with that subject.

there is also an issue with oil pressure. I've seen people report that their idle pressure is below TEN psi. Mine is over30 at idle and over 50 when cruising. I think between my newer needle bearings and my higher oil pressure, my hemi should be fairly immune to the lifter/lobe wear. But...
I read somewhere that this new bore tech went through durability testing and still had the cross hatching, and no lip, after a lot of miles. I get the feeling the Bores will last a really, really long time.
