My understanding is that the BUG for non-rambox trucks includes the bed liner, rails, and bed lights, not the cargo divider. The cargo divider is added if you get the ram box.

UPDATE: For anyone interested, after a few days of no news I opened a case w/ Chrysler Customer Care and miraculously the part showed up and the truck was fixed the next day. Coincidence? Turns our that a malfunction in the wiper control switch caused the motor to short. New motor installed...

Standard recommendations are that the middle is the safest. Second best is generally the passenger side since it is considered safer loading/unloading on the curb side if you are parked along a street.

UPDATE: Heard from the dealer that they need to replace the wiper motor. Problem is the part is on indefinite backorder. No ETA given.
