A 2019-2021 12" system is uConnect 4c and therefore not compatible with the files he posted. They are for a 2022+ uConnect 5 system. Thats why they don't work.
I bought my Truck new 8/27/22 and I have 7500 miles on it now. Normally I put about 6k per year. Im retired and we do travel a bit during summer but otherwise I don't drive it to much. I keep a trickle charger on it most days so that keeps my battery charged during the extended no drive days.
I came from a 2014 f150 3.5l ecoboost and Ill never go back. I did like the truck and here in Arizona, the ecoboost ran very well at altitude. No power loss with the turbos is nice. However I love my Ram 1500 limited! Fit and finish, sound of the hemi and the smooth ride is a cut above the Ford...

Enjoy!

A flooded lead acid or AGM 12 volt battery should be 12.9 volts at full charge when new. This max voltage will slowly drop as part of its normal aging process until it finally becomes to low to be useable or shorts out completely. Heres a table that shows percentage of charge versus voltage...
I got exactly the same update message two days ago. Didn’t find a new firmware or map version. So, don’t know what this is about. I’m on S24.13 as well.
