I ordered a 2019 1500 in late 2018, it took about 6 weeks for it to arrive at the dealership. You can get signed up for the order tracker and see where it is for every step.

They have low volume paint colors available, but they usually won't build one until they have 10 orders for a certain color. According to the build and price site, they are only offered on the 2500's though.
I traded in my 2019 Bighorn Quad cab with 22000 miles in March 2024 and they gave me $30000 for it, which I thought was a good price. According to KBB the average trade in value is now $25400. The dealer listed it for $33995 and it was gone in 2 weeks.
Check Summit Racing. They have a large assortment of tips and many are $25 or so. I got some from them for a Monte Carlo SS a few years ago and they were a good quality stainless steel and fit perfectly.
