    Speaker static

Print out the TSB and give it to the dealer. My dealer can’t think either. But with the TSB numbers, they took care of it. They claim it showed up when they attached the reader under the dash as a task needing to be done. So far, 2 weeks later no problem. Time will tell. Sent from my iPhone...

Took my truck in, they agreed on the TSB, it took a little over 30 mins to get the amp updated software done, now time will tell. Thanks for the TSB information. That made it way easier. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks. I took mine in to the dealer. Since it is not a driveability issue, the earliest appointment is June 30th. They did appreciate the TSB information. Very helpful. Since it is an intermittent problem, and it won’t get fixed till June 30th, I guess I’ll know late July if it fixed it !!!

Limited - how to disable seat belt warning

An interesting sideline.... most states exempt law enforcement and firefighters from the requirement to wear a seatbelt while driving. Just thought I would stir it up a bit. 😂

I just called Ram Customer Care, 1-866-726-4636. Very polite folks there. The issue is now formalized. They want me to take it to the dealer for diagnosis. Even if the static is not present at that time. (I’m not surprised at this request) So.... I guess I will. I have little hope the dealership...

Speaker static issue on my two week old Ram Limited Night Edition. Started on 400 mile trip today. Static seems to be in a speaker to the right of the driver. Very similar to all the other posts. 2,500 miles on the truck. I will go to the local dealer to formalize and register the problem tomorrow.

Hmmmm... 2 week old Night Edition Limited. HK 19 etc. exact same issue on a 400 mile trip today. Static in speaker somewhere to the right of the driver. Going to the local dealer to log my complaint so it can be formalized. Sounds like Chrysler is aware. I’ll let you know if I find out anything...
