When I changed my transmission fluid, i put a bubble level on the edge of the transmission housing above the oil pan. Worked out good but servicing the transmission was a pain because of the cat and exhaust beside the oil fill plug.

I did the "chop and swap" and just put a Borla S type muffler and left the resinators. No drone at all. Got the Borla on Amazon and got the local muffler shop to weld it on. Very happy with the result.

I put the AVS visors on my Laramie and within a week they warped and looked like crap. Sent them back and now waiting on the EGR brand to try out.. Mike

No...bought a borla s type on Amazon . About 150.00 plus installation cost of 100.00

I bought a Borla s type and had the local exhaust shop replace the original muffler. I left everything else as factory and it sounds great.

Same hear still waiting on FCA to tell the dealer what to do. It's been locking up no sound can't change the channel...ect...

Update...I drove my truck yesterday and the whole system froze up. No radio, xm, fm or am. No sound ....screen would not respond. Assist button did not work. I pulled over and turned the truck off. Waited about 5 minutes and restarted...everything went back to working. Puzzled at WTF is going on.

I talked with Ram customer service and they started a Case number on it. They said that they will get with the dealer and get back with me when they figure out a solution to the problem. I guess i will find out if later as to what happens. I will repost on here if I hear back from Ram customer...

I did not buy the kit as of yet. The dealer told me today that they would flash the program in the truck for $ 130.00. The wires are already there. You just have to remove some electrical tape to get to the connectors. There is a youtube video that shows step by step how to do the installation...

I found the factory controller on ebay for my 2020. It was $ 150.00 which the dealer was $500.00. The only problem I found was that after I install the factory controller you have to get the dealer to flash the computer for $ 200.00 more. The harness and wires are already pre-wired.

Yes I did contact Sirius and they said that my subscription is still active and that everything looked good on their end. It will come on sometime when you first turn this on but after about 10 or 15 seconds it goes blank.

You can buy a connector at your local parts store that would wire by disconnecting the harness at the tail light and plug into your 7 pin connector, then reconnecting the tail lights. You can also get this connector at Uhaul that sells parts for towing. I have done thus in the past on my old truck.

Thanks, This is the second dealership that I have been to with this problem. The deerskin in Prattville still has a ticket open for this problem when I go back. Maybe they can fix it this time.
