So I am changing the diff oil on my 1500 and I know I have the 3.92 with the amti-spin option. I don't know if I have the max tow package or not and I can't find anything outlining the difference but they do call for different oils. Can anyone help me here? "Max tow" package isn't on my window...

Interesting, I have the Corsa Extreme on mine and the bed step clears nicely. In fact, the step hit on the factory exhaust resonator, but no clearance issues with the Corsa. I'd say maybe it's the difference between the Sport and Extreme systems, but I believe they are dimensionally identical...

As predicted, no fix. In fact, the dealer was so incompetent they just checked the radio volume and happily reported no issue. This is despite the fact that I explained the issue when I made the appointment and again when I dropped off the truck. I did have a few interesting revelations today...

Any fix on this yet? I have a 2020 Laramie 1500 with the 12". I've tried a Samsung and an Apple, both phones default to level 15 volume for both incoming and outgoing calls. The volume settings on the phone make no difference. Whether I use Android auto or apple car play makes no difference...

Just hopping in here to let weigh in. My 2020 Laramie with 12" NAV defaults call volume to 15 every time. I'll be checking with Uconnect. Very very annoyed.

Problem solved (somehow). Just went out to the truck and the functions are now in uconnect. Maybe the computer needed to reset?? Only other thing I can think of is that I emailed Mopar and submitted a help request. I had to include my VIN so maybe they did it remotely? Can they do that? Either...

Thank you. The tech said he definitely added the sales code (I made sure to ask specifically). Problem solved though, the controls showed up about 5 hours later. Maybe the computer needed to reset?

Can you share what dealer installed yours? I'd love to call and find out what they did to integrate your uconnect. My dealer couldn't do it.
