Ao ive had my ram since August of 2025. I have high speed internet at home and always connect system 12.2 inch in my 2025.ram 1500 and every time its still incomplete... has anyone's finished updating? Is there a trick to make it just push through and get it done?

I had to download them to usb and update, 2025 Limited.
Had the update notice for months, never seems to complete.

Just now I looked at the install instructions and says this
“The installation process will take about one hour. The radio must stay on during this time”.
Did it take this long to install?

Downloading both maps now... South America and the USA maps. Perhaps... for those of you suffering this same problem as well make sure to turn OFF the south america map updates in your map settings.
USA is 17 gig and is pulling down at about 45-55 MB a Second.
South America I'm watching and it doesn't go above 9.2MB a Second.
Which tells me the larger 26.5GB update is taking a LOT longer to download. Potentially speed throttled.. or maybe it's faster in the South American region.
My internet is 2.5gb at home I can easily download at 200MB a second... so I know having both going one isn't throttling the other unless it's the mirror that Stellantis is using.

I don’t think you can install both on the radio. Only get the USA map.
Noted I'll update USA map and be happy. Don't plan on driving into Mexico any time soon.
Map update went well and took about 20 min using an external NVME drive. Note the USBC ports on the Uconnect 5's in modern rams are 10 gig ports under the screen. (power only in back) so you will get better performance that way.
