2019 Bighorn 5.7 the starter button does not recognize either remote, i have to press button with remote to start the truck. All remote functions work as they should. Anyone else had this issue, i'm thinking issue with the push button.

Do they unlock the door fine? Have you checked the FOB battery? Do you have a rear window leak?

All functions of both remotes work just fine the batteries in both are new, when i push the button i get key fob not detected message on the meter cluster.

When's the last time the truck battery was replaced? Have you tested your current one?

truck battery is a little over a year old no other issues that would seem battery related, remote start works fine as does other remote functions

2 of us asked you about the rear window. And you haven't answered that. There's a high chance it is the RF Hub in the rear.

do you have a rear window leak?
or did you have a rear window leak?
yes i did it was repaired but appears to have started again would the leak effect just one function on the remotes,

It will definitely affect the starting of the truck.

new batteries in both RKE's, everything functions on remotes but not being recognized by starter button until you press the starter button with RKE

Possibly a faulty starter button, and the RF module behind the back seat on the back wall. The fact that you have changed the remote batteries reduces that as a potential failure. It is possible that the replacement batteries installed in the remotes could be weak/need replacement.
Are the remotes kept inside a house to maintain room temperature - aka not cold, as the cold fob battery could also cause this issue?
