Stock ride height struts?

All,

Besides the OEM replacements it seems picking are slim, I have found Monroe (without springs), but no others….

Before I go into a deep dive thought I’d as the crew out here if anyone has some options and opinions ?

Lowering 3” in front with control arms, so that will discount the lifting/levelling versions… and not sure I can/should go any lower in front which pulls the lowering struts off the list

Bilstein 4600's if you're going with lowering control arms. They're a little firmer as well.

The other option, Bilstein 5100 and have to search for the FORD RANGER Part# for rear shocks people are using. That way all 4 corners are 5100's silver. Also depends how low.

Truck is a 2021 Laramie Sport, CC, short bed, 4x4,non ORP, with etorque.

I picked up a set of the ranger shocks for the rear…. May or may not stick with them once I lower, but wanted to have something that would ‘fit’ to start
