AlphaOBD does not remove the speed limiter, I'm not sure about the Tazer. Most times you need a tuner and unlocked ECM which could possibly void warranty

Z-automotive has a product that can remove the speed limiter, but it doesn't work for 2025s due to different canbus.

Tazers will not do anything for speed limiters. They sell a separate unit for that.
