"WARNING: Avoid @Dodge and @RAM's terrible customer service! I've been dealing with persistent issues and broken promises for over a year and a half, despite sending certified letters to the CEO Tim Kuniskis . Unbelievable lack of professionalism! Don't waste your time and money on these brands. #Dodge #RAM #CustomerServiceFail"

That sucks. A random warning doesn't really help people though. Your warning does sound like it has you riled up, so much so that you've gone out of your way to post here. I appreciate that you want to help others, but again, a random warning doesn't do much. Perhaps you can tell us just the facts, and not opinions, of your situation, that way others can make an informed decision of their own.

I'm sure most, if not all people here already know this, but in case there is someone who doesn't: When it comes to promises, you need documentation. There is a saying, "If it wasn't documented, it never happened."

I'm still have not heard anything from my dealer about my digital gauge cluster/dash. They have had it since June 7th. Going the lemon law route and looking elsewhere sorry to say. Had 1600 miles on it.

To think sending a certified letter to the CEO was actually going to make a difference in your dealership experience is crazy. Just because you sent one doesn't mean he ever got it. I sent a certified letter to a title company trying to get a copy of a title for a vehicle. It was picked up from post office, but after that, who knows what happened to it . Never received a response. Which is why I have a bonded title on one of my older vehicles now.
