Cluster Military Time

Hello, long time follower first time post. I recently picked up a 25 Ram Rebel X, can someone help me here. I have the time set to 12 hour (not military time) however the cluster still shows it as 24 hr format, does anyone know how to change it?

I'm sure it's in the UC5 setting under display or clock setting/time format, 12hr or 24hr.
