Simple mod.......but I wanted the darker tails found on the blackout trucks - swapped those in for the red trimmed ones.

Side by side:

Different from the prior years......they now have 2 bolts and 2 fasteners holding them in. Nothing crazy, but seems a bit overkill.

You just order the darker ones from your dealer?

I see why all the new trucks have the "chipmunk cheeks", got to hide that big plastic box underneath the headlight bezel.:LOL::LOL:

REALLY COOL MOD!!! Definitely have to consider this one!

Where did you get the black lights from, Front and back, I changed all my chrome badges to black, but really want the from black headlight bezels

Its what I do guys......I own a headlight customization business. I have suppliers for the heads and tails.

These.....well, they aren't cheap! The heads are close to $800 a pop, tails I think are right there with it. I'd have to find my invoices on those......but, yeah - all OEM parts from a dealer / supplier.

Well I guess my truck won't get a set of those lights.

@0212353

I am able to get the screws out and then able to pop out the first ring of the plastic fastener/pins but then I cant figure out how to get them out fully. Any advice/pictures on how to get them out?
