So I bought my 21 Ram 1500 Limited almost 10 months ago now, and we had gone through our first bigger rain storm for a bit here in California. I had noticed two days ago that it had taken in a substantial amount of water into the cab below my seats and floor mat. It had caused mold to grow the following day. I tried finding where the leak is coming from by removing the seats and didn't find anything that made it obvious of point of origin other than streaks from both top corners of the rear glass. Id have to assume its coming from the third brake light/ antenna/ or rear glass seal. Has anyone else run into these problems and if so what was it and how did you go about fixing it? I am curious if it's a good idea to go through insurance because my seatbelts look slightly corroded as well..

A simple search would have brought up at least a half dozen recent threads about leaking rear glass, 3rd brake light, rear cab vents, and sunroof drains. Lots of us have had these issues.

Yep, common problem. I had mine fixed the first time under warranty and they replaced the entire back glass and frame. I'm sure it'll happen again because they've not redesigned anything, thye just put another of the same faulty design back in there. I say "the first time" because I'm highly confident it'll happen again.

You can find more reading on the subject here: If you've had the rear window leak...

I did permatex after the replacement cracked.
