What did you do to your Ram today???

one thing to keep in mind with the hellwig is that it's purpose is to increase stability through corners, but if you live in an area with rough roads and lots of pot holes it can make straightline driving more stiff/less comfortable. I'm torn because I want to reduce body roll but I also don't want to make the potholes feel any more harsh!
let me introduce you to...
Fox 2.5 DSC.
crank them high speed and low speed compression up to max and that gets rid of a lot of body roll, and if taking the rough roads at speed your ride will feel great.

basically how I ran the million potholes of Dempster and Dalton doing highway speed. good thing there was no cops around lol

edit:
with both high and low speed fully cranked, I can also go up and down the canyons faster than 70% of the people out there. not my M car handling, but significantly better than majority of the trucks and cars.
then I added SuspensionMaxx end links. with the end links properly torqued, this weekend I was taking corners at unimaginable speeds. I was that guy in the memes of a ram truck tailgating people, flashing high beam to get people move out of the way, only this time it happened in the canyons instead of the highway. Still not M car handling, but i'd say it's about 70% there. feedback from my friends following me when I asked about body roll was "what body roll?"
offroad... with the end links, it does get a bit rough since articulation is sacrificed. but im not going on anything off-camber or requires articulation any time soon so that's okay.

That's a 30" Curved DRL(single row) & LED(dual row)..27,000 lumens/300 watts.

I'm ditching the harness that comes with it..wiring the DRLs to come on with ignition/lights(red wire) and the LEDs will be on a dash switch(blue wire).

It may be a week or two yet for the lightbar (I'm anxious to get the rear Mopar part installed🔊)..but I'll definitely post when done.

AHHH U GOT AN EXHAUST AS WELL?

AHHH U GOT AN EXHAUST AS WELL?
BINGO.....
(The G/T has a pretty decent exhaust, but since Wifey-pooh got her 2024 Durango SRT392 AlcHEMI last October, I'm feeling jealous and decided to step up a little bit! I thought about keeping the G/T exhaust and adding Kooks LT Headers, which would up the sound level and avoid the dreaded Ram cracked manifolds issue, but I've had a urge for the Mopar exhaust since ordering the Ram, so decided to give in! Kooks could still happen some day🎶)

The Mopar exhaust has gotten quite pricey, and there are cheaper alternatives (Mopar is made by Borla, and their ATAK is hundreds cheaper), but I personally like the "incognito" look of the Mopar exhaust with the factory OEM 4.5" exhaust tips.

Installed Rough Country hard rollup bed cover.
Nice (y) Cheapest I found for the RC hard rollup is $680 on eBay/Amazon. There's also TLAPS hard rollup for $600.
Where did you buy yours? How's the fitment & install?

Got an actual link to the light bar? Your pics don’t show make, model or site.
Thanks in advance.

I ordered it through Recon Recovery (CA), but it dropped shipped from Rough Country (TN)...Recon will give you 5% discount...and free shipping. (Can't find my link for them).

Finally got my tool box installed and moved all my stuff from inside the cab into the tool box. Now I'm convinced I have no use for a 4 door truck lol. I have so much space. The only thing under the rear seat is my NOCO charger, some white cotton towels for clean ups and wiping the grime off inside of the door panels, and cold weather gear/blanket.

I wish my truck had the fold down flat thing like my families 2500 so I could just flip the seats up, still have storage underneath and have a flat surface to lay the groceries in during my mall crawling adventures. Not that I need them... again, plenty of space.

If you’re referring to the factory under seat storage, I have one from my ‘22 that I can sell you. I don’t know how it compares to what a 2500 has, but it is an option

Can you show me a picture? I have a "flap" that is removeable for the storage space under the seat, but I would like this:

Is that even a thing on our 5th gens?
Not really looking to buy anything though, because there is plenty of space for me to just use the floor on 90% of what I do now days.

Is that the swinging toolbox?

Is that the swinging toolbox?

No just a regular tool box. I had those on a Tacoma and they were okay, but not worth the price they are asking now days. No name brands might be worth it, but I was only able to fit a bottle jack and some ratchet straps in one with not much room to spare because of their design. Might be more space in a full size truck though.

I think I may have Accidentally found a new killswitch circuit location (Key fob proximity antenna located at the rear under center counsel) that allows Remote start but Won't start or release the truck from the "Locked" remote start state.... 🤷‍♂️ I'm not sure of what this would cause down the line so if someone smarter than this dummy could fill in the missing Info.... I'd Really Appreciate it.
