Upgrade to Phoenix SC-7870

Hi forum,
I upgraded from the 8.4 to the 13.6 Phoenix SC-7870, got everything hooked up, but I have no rear camera. The outline shows, but no actual video. Anyone have any advice to assist? Thanks. Anything else I show know about this unit?

Did you hook up the red cable?

There is more than one video input on the Phoenix radio. Probably hooked up the wrong one for the Backup camera.
