Uconnect 5 missing widgets

So I was fiddling around in the driveway repeatedly soft resetting my radio. I would get oil pressure or coolant pressure back then nothing then one would be stable for several cycles then all came back. A hard factory reset brings them all back but once you shut off and restart the engine you may or may not lose them. Seems to me this is a software startup issue. Something is not keeping a setting it’s supposed to on normal on/off of the ignition. I have found my WiFi sometimes does the same. I have to reset the radio in order to turn it on bc the touchscreen will not register my press nor will the radio sometimes keep the WiFi setting always on.

So update. I just started my truck and the trailer/towing app and gauges are now gone. I believe my Telematics box removed them.

So…out of all the 12” screens they put in Rams. Possibly thousands if not tens of thousands. None of the digital gauges work reliably? I know mine don’t. They don’t work more often than they do. In fact haven’t worked since a week before Thanksgiving. 2024 Big Horn Built to serve edition 4x4. Taking it in for oil change in morning, gonna raise Cain about it.

Took my truck into dealer for the first oil change. Talked to my “service advisor” about the digital gauges still not working on the uconnect. She said if my phones operating system is newer than the uconnects operating system then there will be a reliability issue. WTF? Well it hasn’t operated reliably all year long! I just don’t know. Oh! And! They’re charging me $19.88 for “shop supplies” for an oil change! Serioulsy? To hell with dealer oil changes. Gonna change it myself from here on out. We’ll definitely after the second since I bought a 2 for $130 coupon.

Must’ve been an update couple days ago, now just two out of six gauges work on my trailer/towing app. And…now CarPlay function won’t work. I just don’t even know where to begin.

I also have the issue with the gauges widget intermittently working.

In very small text in the upper left corner it says "error loading widget".

I did do a reset and it fixed it for a bit but they're gone again.

Anyone have any luck with this? Anyone NOT having the issue?
