Does anyone know of FCA uses the driver’s address or the VIN to associate info?
that is, if I use my home away from home in CA to opt out of FCA spying on me and selling my record of habits to whomever is willing to pay for them will it opt out the data collection on the VIN or the person who lives at my second home?
