FCA Tune During DEF Inducement Y81 Recall?

I got a 2021 Rebel Ecodiesel. I noticed turbo slag and sluggish initial acceleration from a stop until i got the Y81 recall done. Initial acceleration still seems more responsive now.

However trying to accelerate at highway speeds to pass someone still extremely sucks. Anyone else notice this?
